Recipe: Pumpkin Parfait

Ingredients:
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon granola 
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon stevia
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:
Combine pumpkin, honey, stevia, and pumpkin pie spice. Place yogurt in the bottom of a martini glass. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granola over yogurt. Layer pumpkin mixture over granola. Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon granola on top.
