Recipe: Sweet and Spicy Salmon


  • Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread, melted
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard 
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder 
  • 1 pound salmon fillet

  • Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except the salmon in a bowl. Wisk thoroughly to combine. Remove approximately 3 tablespoons of marinade to baste with during cooking process.

  • Place salmon in an 11x13 baking dish and pour marinade over top, brushing to assure the fish is fully coated. Cover with foil. Place in refrigerator. Allow to marinate for approximately an hour. 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • Bake covered for 7 minutes. Remove from oven. Uncover. 

  • Turn over to Broil. 

  • Baste fish with reserved marinade. Return to oven. Broil uncovered for 6-8 minutes, or until fish has a golden glaze and flakes easily with a fork.
