The Good:
I tracked all of my food today, and was on the low end of my calorie ranges.
The Bad:
I didn't come remotely close to 8 glasses of water.
The Ugly:
Let's not discuss exercise.
General Overview of the Day:
Woke up this morning feeling like P-Diddy....well, like he kicked me in the head anyway. That has to count somewhere along the lines. Got up around 6:45 with the little one. Pretty much dozed on the sofa once my husband got home until around 11:30. Soooo not like me. Not really sure what has me so kicked lately, but this is pretty unusual.
All-in-all, I'm pretty happy with today as a whole. My calories are on spot, and let's be honest - that's where the struggle is. I have yet to get any exercise, but the day isn't done. I will admit, generally speaking, if I haven't done it by like 11am, it's not getting done. And considering it's just a TAD past then, I don't see it happening. BUT, we shall see.
ANYWAY, First official day: conquered for the most part. And really, what more can I ask for?
