Wednesday Weigh In & Goals Update

Here are the stats for the weigh in and so far for July goals.

Height: 5'8
Start Weight: 291
Last Weight: 285.
Current Weight: 283.5
Weekly Loss: -2.1
Total Loss: -7.5
Start BMI: 44.2
Current BMI: 43.1
First Goal Weight: 280
Remaining to Goal: 3.5
First Goal BMI: 42.6
Remaining to Goal: 0.5
Date of First Goal: July 31, 2011

Yep. Pretty much not gonna get that 3.5 pounds in 4 days. But, guess what? I'm okay with that. I've had a goal for July to hit the moon, and I knew if I missed, I'd at least get the stars. :) Here's the breakdown:

July's Daily Goals:

Track all food: I tracked everyday with the exception of one, and that was a day that I was away from home all day, and wasn't very sure how to track the food that was provided for me.

Base of 15 Minutes of Exercise: Yep. Doing this as well!

8 Glasses of Water: Not quite there, but better. I'll take better for now.

July's Weekly Goals:

60 Minutes of Family Activity: Guess what? We went swimming just a little more! ;)

Make One New Healthy Recipe: I made a new homemade spaghetti sauce with fresh garden tomatoes. Super delicious!

Journal Three Times: On it.

July's Monthly Goals:

Buy a pedometer: I'm doing this tomorrow!
